Mega Supply Pro has been procuring building materials, finishes and fixtures, and coordinating deliveries with the job site crews to streamline the process by reducing waste and delays. This project by Tester Construction in the Temple University neighborhood includes construction of 20 Units, and 3,000 SF of commercial space.
Mega Supply Pro is working directly with manufacturers to procure and supply a range of high quality building materials, top of the line appliances, and luxury finishes at a great price point for our latest collaboration with Tester Construction Group on a new five-story 28-unit apartment building at the north end of Philadelphia’s vibrant Fishtown neighborhood.
Mega Supply Pro offered Aviron Partners quick turnarounds and lowest prices on luxury fixtures and high quality finishes throughout this stunner. A large eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliance package delivered right to the job site on the day it was being installed. Mega Supply Pro supplied beautiful quartz countertops with matching backsplash, as well as the double waterfall island, two toned cabinetry with a pop of black hardware and drop down pendants.
The result of another fruitful collaboration with its long-time partner GRIT Construction – 1715 N 25th Street is a boutique collection of 5 new construction triplex buildings totaling 15 apartments in the booming Brewerytown submarket of Philadelphia.

Tester Construction is partnering again with Mega Supply Pro on materials sourcing and logistical support for a new mixed-use building on the burgeoning West Girard Ave commercial corridor in Philadelphia. This 14-unit residential building has elevator access to a common roof deck, a gym, lounge, package room and tenant storage.

Sourcing everything from one partner, and getting the materials delivered as they are needed to the job site was a new and refreshing approach, which had alleviated a lot of potential headaches for everyone involved.
